Maryland Crab Soup
- 2 ounces pork or ham bone
- 2 quarts water
- 3 (1-pound) can whole tomatoes, crushed
- 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 3 medium stalks celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons OLD BAY® Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound Maryland crabmeat
Cut pork into pieces and put into 8-quart pot. Add water, cover
and simmer about one hour. Add remaining ingredients, except crabmeat
and cook until vegetables are done, about 20 to 30 minutes. Add
crabmeat to soup. Heat through.

- 2 (8)-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch garlic salt

- 1½ teaspoons dry mustard
- ½ cup grated Cheddar cheese
- ½ pound Backfin crabmeat, drained, pickedover
- Pinch Paprika
- ½ teaspoon OLD BAY® Seasoning

In a large mixing bowl, working with a wire
whisk, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, mayonnaise,
lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic salt.
Whisk until creamy and smooth. Stir in 2 tablespoons of grated
cheese. With a rubber spatula, fold in the crabmeat.
Preheat the oven to 350º F. Grease a 1--cup casserole.
Pour in crab mixture. Top with the remaining cheese. Sprinkle
with the paprika and OLD BAY® Seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes,
until the dip is bubbly and slightly browned.
